I am measuring 34 around my waist and 41 hips. I bought a large. I am 5'3" and it doesn't matter my weight. I love this product. I am using it because I have internal pain in the liver area and the pressure from outside is wonderful! This is a wonderful product, it is great in quality and I would certainly buy again. I can get it clamped to the third tightness. I am not using it for waist training, but I can see my waistline very well now. It is a beautiful slimmer and comfortable. Breathable, just tricky getting the hooking started. I wear daily. Think of it for more than just waist training...

I have only had this for two days and it has helped me sit up straight at work. I can say it doesn’t feel tight when wearing it. Glad I made this purchase, and how I look under my clothes.

I like the mesh of the waist trainer and how it's a lot more breathable than my other waist trainer. The only thing is that it was slightly a little bigger than I thought.

I’ve tried a few different kinds of waist trainers and this one is definitely my favorite. Comfortable, easy to put on, and you still move around in it. My core area has already tightened up and I’m ready for the next size down!
